The laboratory-industrial installation for the production of emulsions, including the control panel, has dimensions of 800x1025x1330(h) and consists of two laboratory tanks, a colloid mill, pumps, measuring and regulating equipment, and a control panel. There are inputs and outputs for connecting external industrial tanks. The system of three-way cranes provides the possibility of emulsion production using laboratory or industrial tanks. In this case, the emulsion can be taken either for laboratory purposes through an emulsion discharge nozzle, or for industrial purposes into an external container.
Purpose of the installation:
- 1. Mass production of emulsions of various types;
- 2. Production of laboratory emulsion samples both for express analysis and for working out precise formulations.
