Adhesive additive Davial ADGEBIT et al .
The line of dosing of an adhesive additive for asphalt concrete plants ADGEBIT. The main equipment of the adhesive additive line is mounted directly on a 600 l consumable tank. The tank is insulated and has controlled heating. The adhesive additive line has circulation and production circles controlled by its own three-way pneumatic valve with electric control with logic similar to the bitumen line ABZ. The device for measuring and automatically regulating the temperature of the line is mounted in the control panel ABZ. The line includes a high-precision gear metering pump. The prescription pump supply ranges from 0.1 to 0.5% of the bitumen supply. If necessary, this interval can be extended or changed, for example from 0.3 to 1.5%. The exact value of the recipe is set on the pump control panel, also mounted in the control panel ABZ.
