Bitumen-emulsion plant Integra

it is mounted in a 12-meter container, divided into three parts and consists of:.
  • built-in chemicals shelf;
  • processor part;
  • the operator part.

The bitumen-emulsion installation Basis is a cheap industrial installation of continuous in-line type of action. The plant capacity is up to 6 t/h. The basic equipment of the Davial BASIS model includes dosing lines for bitumen and water phases, emulsifier No. 1, acid, a stationary pH-factor measurement system, a mill unit with the possibility of direct injection of latex, consumable containers for emulsifier, acid and circulating water with a volume of 500 liters each, a control panel.

The bitumen-emulsion plant LaPROM 800 is designed for:

  • Production of laboratory emulsion samples both for express analysis and for working out precise formulations;
  • Small-scale production of bitumen emulsions of various types with a maximum capacity of 1 t/h.

The installation, including the control panel, is mounted on a spatial frame and consists of a laboratory tank for the bitumen phase, a laboratory tank for the water phase, a colloid mill with a drive motor, a bitumen pump, a water pump and a control panel.
