The in-line processing unit of the PBB binder IN-LINE is mounted in a 12-meter container divided into three parts: a polymer hopper, an operator part, and a processor part. The polymer hopper is made of stainless steel and is thermally insulated, which ensures comfortable storage of the polymer and the absence of condensation under various weather conditions. The polymer is fed into the processor part by means of a flexible screw mounted under the lining of the container. Technological equipment (polymer dispenser, extruder, mixers, pumping, measuring equipment, etc.), as well as pipelines are mounted in the processor part. In the operator part there are control panels.
